The new single-story residence spans approximately 6,700 square feet and features four bedrooms, providing generous living spaces for family and guests. The home is thoughtfully rotated on its site to optimize solar exposure and frame distant views. This strategic orientation enhances natural daylighting and energy efficiency while establishing a strong visual connection to the surrounding landscape. Expansive glazing and open-plan living areas blur the boundaries between interior spaces and the dramatic desert scenery beyond, ensuring accessibility and a seamless indoor-outdoor flow—ideal for both everyday living and entertaining.
